**Instructions**  
Adults 18 and older: Take 1 tablet approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Place one tablet on the tongue and let it dissolve, then swallow. Tablets may be chewed. Tablets may be crushed and added to food if preferred. Do not take more than 1 tablet in a 24-hour period. Store in a dry location at 15–31°C (59–86°F). Do not use if packaging is opened or damaged upon delivery.

**Who Should Not Use This Product**  
This product is not intended for children, teenagers, or pregnant or nursing women. Individuals with medical conditions, those taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, or those who have questions about melatonin should consult a physician before use. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

**Side Effects and Precautions**  
Possible side effects include vivid dreams, next-day grogginess, and headache. Melatonin may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product. Do not consume with alcohol or caffeine. This product is not intended for use as a daytime nap aid. Discontinue use immediately if adverse symptoms occur and consult a physician if needed. Nightmares are not guaranteed. Individual results vary. Nightmare Pill cannot guarantee that a user will have any dreams after the melatonin is consumed or that a user will have a specific dream of any kind for any duration of time.

**Desiccant Warning**  
Each box contains a white silica gel desiccant packet. Do not eat the desiccant packet. Keep out of reach of children.
